Whatever selfheal u want...
nearly impossible to fail with that build imo

for those who might have problems with keeping yourself alive / energy management:
like mountain said - hero's will be dead pretty early in the run anyway...
so you could also take P/N or N/P with "Blood Ritual" with you...
Micro-Management required. but you can be sure to have full energy for half of the run :P

The Mountain
The heroes are usually toast shortly after the second bridge, but their speed boosts can make the first bit a little faster. It works fine solo, too, although I cannot say for certian this build would since I have been too lazy to do the first couple RoF missions on my ranger (since my sin/war/ele work fine for HP runs). That said, ranger should be by far the best choice.

Thanks for the grats guys, but I got a drop that has just made my day completely. Something I have been farming for weeks on end. I thought well hey why not do a few runs before bed, low and behold...

It made me laugh a lot considering the one Ikki got just yesterday Needless to say this one is NOT for sale
Im literally so happy, its taken me like 7k~ chests (Ive maxed my brothers account doing this, and added so many to my own), like 5-7 stacks of picks and a couple months at least on and off.
I am content And ready to go to bed happy

I generally value earth and fire similarly. Maybe a slight edge to fire. Of course there are some rare exceptions to that rule.

Lol what an idiot. Its a shame most people in Kamadan react this way now days. Theres no need for vulgar attitude like that. I typically sell stuff way below its worth so I dont really run into this problem, but if anyone offered me an alternative price, even if they laughed at it, I would want to find out why and adjust accordingly. As a trader you need to investigate and do your market research!
Also, typically Earth has been valued more then fire or any other ele attribute since the introduction of speed clearing. Every rich ass sin wants a pro staff for dem Sliver Armors. I know this, because....sigh.....I was once a rich ass pro sliver armor sin....
