Dragon Festival

Noblewoman Sun Li continues to offer the quest "Spirit of the Celebration" for another week correct? The reason I ask is because I've done the quest on several accounts and now she's no longer offering the quest to my remaining accounts. Any idea or explanation for why this is happening?

probably for those who havent done it yet, can do it a few more days
there are many who get 1 stack of tokens and stand in afk rings all the time, maybe thats why

I dont think you understood the question.
Sardaukar wanted to know why they are not getting the quest for his other accounts, they understand that the npc will be there extra days (for those who are still working on the quests/getting tokens), just not why they cant get the quest for the hat token.

as for that answer, I do not have one (I would check, but I did all the quests on my alts the first day )----the only possibility I come up with is that you had not logged into those accounts since the last dragon festival? (it might think you had done them then).

I did miss last year's DF and haven't logged into a couple of accounts since, so that probably is the problem. Very strange. Will have to have an annual logging in of the accounts day!
