Seen people asking 20-30e (!) for the eternal in Kamadan. It's clearly not worth that, and they're greedy delusionals, but I see why the guy above offered to buy it for 5.

Concerning the victory tokens and the ministerial commendations, they can be sold, so if anyone has an idea of their price (at least when i point the item it's not written "can't be sold or traded")

Victory tokens were 10k/stack when there was the event
ministerial commendations idk, 100g/ea? depends on stuff you can trade for em... for example trade contacts go for like 500g/ea bc 7 = ruby / sapphire

I sold a q9 command eternal shield for 15e a few days ago, but I think that was kind of a lucky strike. As Max said, it shouldn't worth that much (and he is right) but ppl tends to buy according to their belief system, which means you can definitely sell the strength one for 15-20e too, if you're patient enough.
The victory token stack has no use besides events as far as I know, so you should just keep it for next year.
Ministerial commendation is worth whatever someone will offer for it, unless you have enough to trade against purity weps or imperial guard requisition.
