What to do with a small wealth?

After a long time of playing gw on and off, never really making much money and always buying stuff once I'd gotten a few hundred k's, I've managed to assemble some ectos (400e ish). This is alot to some and nothing to others, but I'm wondering what to do with it?
It's no where near enough to target rare items or start a collection of sorts, and as someone who does a lot of speed clears I've got all the consumables I could ever need for at least a year of playing.
My heroes and myself are equipped with top notch armor and weapons for pve and I really have no idea what to do with my ectos as it kind of hurts to just watch them in the storage
So I'm asking you, the ones with an ecto stack or two, what do you spend it on, and what are you saving it for? I really need to find something to use them on..

That depends if you want to own one really nice item, or lots.

If you want one, just buy it. If you want lots, use that pile of ectos to start trading.

I farmed 90 ectos before I began trading. Now my collection is in the 50-70,000 ecto range.(I imagine).

Buy astutely, and sell ethically and consistently. That's what I do. Read the trade chat in kamadan, and study the buy and sell sections of this website.

Well if you're still doing lots of speed clears arent you bound to get some rare drop and make more money?

Either way theres lots of ways to spend your money. And as Max suggested you can start trading. Really its up to you and what your interests are. For example, if all I had was 400e with a burning desire to blow it I would find 1 rly nice weapon and buy that.

while I do not fix into your definition, I can make a few suggestions about what others who do have done.
Maxing out titles like zaishen (requires lots of zkeys).
Picking out a certain type of weapon and acquiring all the weapons of a certain mod (see our traders outpost forum for a thread with LOTS of those)--doesnt have to be the uber rare ones.
collecting all the monthly el tonics or rare el tonics
doing a pokemon---collecting all of something you can (usually stacks), like monthly tonics, rare trophies or/and completely materials storage.
(getting oby armor for all of your characters including mules).

I would sell off some of those ectos to players cheaper than the npc.the last time I looked they were at 13k.These need to come down as well as shards

it depends on what you want, i want several weapons atm, but they are cheap, and since i suck at farming, i just use what i can get/afford
i dont do speedclears and such either, as i'm better at mostly NM, and doing it slowly

i'd say: just collect for what you want, and spend on items you really want, but pay what you can pay
and when feeling lucky, get nicholas gifts in post, and try some dungeons which have an expensive item (like rragar having dryad bow, and bogroot having frog scepter)

i cant farm well (only really easy stuff, not worth much, like boreal station wurms) or sc's at all, but even if i could, i'd still only get stuff i really want

i reached 1000k in my storage last time by selling stuff i didnt need (consumables for titles mostly), but to avoid me being broke again, i buy stuff i want, and if i want a weapon which is over 10e or something, i try look for another (and cheaper) skin

all i ever got with ecto's are the chaos gloves on 1 char, and tbh, thats enough

note: ecto's are cheaper lately, like 11k at trader

so yea, its in your hands (otherwise it wouldnt be your money, heh)
