This Axe does not exist imo.

If it does, then the world is your oyster as it would be the MOST sought after Q8 +5e weapon of all time. It would be rarer than a Q8 +5e Chaos Axe(of which Rice owns the only example), so i guess price would be about 4000-5000e or maybe a LOT more, but we are talking about a weapon that exists only in the minds of GW dreamers.
