A trip down memory lane

Hello my fellow guru's.

.. So here we are..

Its 2014, and were closing in to the 10th year anniversary of a most special game franchise named Guild Wars.

In nearly ten years of guild wars we have witnessed amazing content, intense end-game encounters, rare artifacts and exhilarating world cup matches.

As the end of the tunnel still isen't in sight for me, alot of people ingame and the ones that use GuildWarsGuru occasionaly.
I have made a special thread for everyone and the people you grew close with to look back in the past of the most memorabel things you have achieved, been part of, or witnessed.

You may tag the person in question you had an amazing experience with, aswell text and/or screenshots of happenings, items or anything related what makes you walk down memory lane.

I"ll start off this topic with a picture referring to a person named Motoko, he gave me the chance too compete with and against the top tier ladder guilds of that time.
I felt honored by this opportunity and really got me into competitive play for a couple of years alongside many renowned champions.


This picture dates back to 2007.

Not sure if it was a typo but the guilds in the screen shot say joined 2009, so how can it be dated back to 2007?

its goes by the oldest one (or the creating one)...my alliance says goes back to 2005 even though the 2nd member of the group didnt even have an account until '07 (and the 2nd one is the 2nd oldest account).


need to go thru my screenies and find some good ole times.....

I'll go through and post things that I come across. Some may be of personal value to just me and some may be interesting to others I hope

Here is one of a bug that existed when you would hold a rit item and pick up the flag or something. Multiple copies of the flag would ensue!
