Staff:
Any staff with a nice skin that has 10% casting speed(Universal) and Quick recovery from Crippled/Bleeding.

Prefered Skins: Earthly Orish, Shadow,Accursed Staff,Air Staff,Jewelled Staff (Shadow Skin or Twin head Skin).

req 9 15> halfmoon 55 k. ( 60 k and u get a 19<50 req8 with it;p)

BumpKinz, need a staff now with QRF deepwound preferbly.

Have a accursed staff with QRF bleeding, +13 energy and some weird 16% versus dwarves mod.

FYI, I'm pretty sure that improved casting speed won't really effect rangers anymore (used to work for trapping, but they reworded the effect to "spells", and traps are not spells.)
