Any staff with a nice skin that has 10% casting speed(Universal) and Quick recovery from Crippled/Bleeding.

Prefered Skins: Earthly Orish, Shadow,Accursed Staff,Air Staff,Jewelled Staff (Shadow Skin or Twin head Skin).

FYI, I'm pretty sure that improved casting speed won't really effect rangers anymore (used to work for trapping, but they reworded the effect to "spells", and traps are not spells.)

Not sure if that's why you needed it, but just fyi

Hi, i have some staff which could interest you : hale ghostly staff of warding, 11-22 req.13 domination, reduces bleeding 20%, armor +7 vs ele, +19hp,but improves recharge 10%.
