Hello everyone,
As said in the title I'm really curious about these items currently in the sell section :
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/y...t10533441.html
So here are my questions : how do such items (baseless, modless, basic skins) have any trade value? Are they that hard and rare to get? Is there anybody out there willing to pay something to obtain these items?
I have myself similar items, and they're pretty easy to get. So, yes they're purple ; but I'm pretty sure I can get more of those in gold.
I'm Definitely looking forward to read your answers, thank you.

There are exceptions to this but they are few and far between and typically involve the "deathbane glitch" and the glitch that used to happen with staffs. I once had a modless Eternal Blade drop. Useless, but rare as anything and also impossible to drop anymore.

Hi, to clarify you're concerns i'll give you the following information.
1# : Notice how my weapons have NO gold value (pre-ID).
2# : Since they are OS, Mods cannot be removed.
3# : Gold or Rare ; In most cases, initially has atleast one bonus.
Values for variable bonuses are within the top quarter of their range, rounded up, which means that bonuses with narrow ranges can be found on rare items.
