new and can't create character

used steam to buy all four games
tried to create character for prophecies, my arena net account i entered both cdkeys {trilogy and eotn} armor would not change color and am now at the name of character screen, says it's ok but create button will not light up

you are in character creation?
There are a bunch of qualifications that you have to have to create your character name---look below where you it show up and see which one is not checked (could be not enough letters, already in use etc).

you could do a screen shot so we can see whats missing

dunno where eotn is or why i can't create character... but uploaded some pics

x edit- still only 3 campaigns visible but restarting the game fixed the character problem.. armor color and hide helm was working too z__z

you can not create characters in eye of the north and to get to it you must first have a character of level 10 or better.

I am not seeing what is missing either....possibly try changing the name and see what happens


edit: ok seems to have been a glitch of the game then
I had a similar issue when I bought a character slot (had 2 show up instead of one, but restarting corrected that too).
glad its working for you now.

ahh, yeah.. eye of the north is kind of like the expansion to any of the 3 original campaigns
i enjoyed my starter missions and will worry about eotn/hall of monuments later
i once lost a guardian when gw2 character creation glitched out on me :\
