Best nvidia cp settings for GW1?

Hello guys,

Can somebody recommend any settings for the nvidia control panel to make Guild Wars look more sharp and smooth out the jagged edges, etc? Should I turn on/off anything in the game itself while applying the settings in the nvidia cp? I just want it to look as good as it can.
