Question on a shield i have in storage

This is a Militia Sheild yep i know skin is meh, its blue, and not even max armor for R0 req.... but something has been bugging me for ages about it and ive just come across this in the "Guild Wiki"

"Shields and focus items[edit]

Blue and purple shields and focus items may have at most one modifier, and gold shields and focus items may have at most two modifiers. Inscribable versions can always take two modifiers (inscription and handle for shields, inscription and core for foci)."

It says Blue may have at the most ONE modifier........
This shield has 2
+15 health
& a + armor modifier ( cant remember what, and im at work so ill add a pic later if i can)

Please can someone clear this up for me, as i dont want to merch something that is actually unusual.

Many blue have dual mods as quest reward or collector stuff. Also both blue and Purple drop With more then one mods.
I see nothing special there or im missin something

thats cool wiki, was confusing me thats all ty for clearing it up. Been outta the game for too long i think lol

that is the quote that confused me and made me wonder, because its a os shield.

That qoute raises a different point actually. I dont believe thats true at all. Ive had plenty of purple/blue dual mod shields. What you have is most definitely a quest reward as +vs is a purple/gold mod. Still whats on the wiki is strange. Anyone care to elaborate?

i dont doubt that everyone is correct that its merch fodder.
But i just wanted tobe sure.
Im positive it wasnt a quest reward,
Because its a R0 (no requirement, all collector Militia shields are R16 and Inscribable, well ive just looked on wiki about that) in fact im sure i got it doing the chests from Boreal station.
The mod isnt a "vs" mod. But i cant remember what it is,when i get home ill have another look at it.

+15 health
+5 Armor....grrrr my memory is rubbish (something is telling me that its just +5 armor, But there is no mod like that, well not that i could see) , ah well we'll see when i get home.

You sure its not this shield? If memory serves me correct it shares the same skin as a milita shield. That's the only explanation I can find for such a shield xD
