Its worth around 60-80e considering the requirement, (shield) attribute, skin, and having two perfect mods.
+45 Hex is odd as its the lowest possible hp for post nerf gold items.
If its indeed +hex, the value would be lower to around 10e due not being the max stat it can have, if you have to wait two months for it to sell, consider merch.
