a strange gift..

I got this bow from a friend of mine pretty long ago.
Could it be Alpha? Beta? or an early prophecies Quest Reward?

As far i'm aware, there no real Q8 quest rewards that come 1 off the max damage, im really hoping to reveal its secrets from what time it dates, and where it came from :]
