I found a Echovald Shield q9 strength, with -3 while hexed and +60hp while hexed.

I know these are not the most popular mods, but I guess I made a lucky drop right?

Does anyone of you know how much I can expect for this?

q9str perfect dual mod is pretty sweet even if 60hex sucks

would guess 75-100e possible
