q5 shield worths anything?

Got a q5 eagle defender with 13 AR rate, and a friend told me low q rates are 8/16 7/15 6/14 and 5/13 to make em worth something, but dunno if the skin or if it has to be os or insc, and want to know if this shields can worth something with perfect mods, and wich ones would be the best

Thats merch food afraid. shields that are worth someting needs to be tactics req and the armor/req combos you mentioned

oh xP is there any guide to know wich low q weps worth something? so i wont ask for reqs and that stuff when they doesnt worth anything

While I cannot give you a price, I would wait for some more opinions before tossing it to the merchant.

I know command has been valuable in the past, but usually 7/8, because of various HA builds that would incorporate 8/9 command for fallback.

Also, don't waste time adding the mods. Anyone who would buy it would end up paying the same with or without, so save the few plat.
