I disagree about unwanted skin.
I think 75e+ definitely possible.
Think about it Surge, people are willing to pay updwards of 150e for a 20/10 Dragon staff. This is still a perfect Canthan 20 20 Staff, Earth req (ostensibly most valuable), only mitigated by high req and not top end skin (Dragon, Plat, Bo, Cele, Zodiac).
Hell, if he can't find someone willing to shell out more than 50 globs for this thing I would consider buying it myself.

About the dragon prices. So few people will shell that out. It's mostly people that don't know how common they are.
It's not even in the top 5 skins. Ergo ignored by most people.

im thinking my self 50e -/+ , plagueborn is not rly wanted skin for other then necro..
