I would say you are looking at at least 2 stacks of ecto for such a wand. And more likely whatever the seller wants.

20/20 OS items are exceedingly rare and hard to find. Way rarer than 20/20 staves.

Haha sorry man. If you look around, you will see that it is SO rare that a 20/20 OS wand is for sale. By the way, I think there is a q11 dom Cane 20/20 dom for sale. I dont' remember who was selling.
