I sold a q9 +5 Crenellated Swword for 85e like 2 month ago. But i am not sure if it was just luck.

I'd say that was definitely luck. Or the seller overpricing and the buyer not knowing what he was doing
I'd expect a r9 crenelated +5e to go for around 20e
