Not "or". Maybe "and", but feathers, bones, plant fibers, etc are definitely gonna go up in price a lot.

and i think its a ban to shut down the servers befor the new gw2 expo hits the market what better way to force a big game expo then to let the original run for a few more years leech the last of its money from it then ban a bunch of people so they can shut down the servers and make people go to gw2 befor there new expo |

Which is to say, much higher than they are now. Quick lesson about GW material traders (as well as basic economics):
When players buy from them, the mats go up in price. When players sell to them, the mats go down in price. Consumables require materials. Consumable use, especially given the presence of wealthy long-term players who have nothing else to spend their cash on, means lots of materials being bought from material traders. This sends price up. Still with me here? Bots farm materials. This has two effects. One, botters sell materials directly to material traders. This sends price down, or at least counters the rising price. Two, botters sell materials to other players who want to craft consumables. This reduces the amount of materials players buy from material traders, again slowing down the price increase. There is utterly no reason to assume that a sudden drop in the supply of crafting materials is going to somehow make them cheaper. Material prices will only go up (ones used in cons that is), and they'll probably start doing it a lot faster. |

Definetly Hardware ID banwave.. Amongst the accounts that didn't do anything illegal : Main is gone, with many other high end accounts (cdx12, z12, 50 HoM, GWAMM, etc.) and a lot of projects and work reduced to nothing. Estimation at minimum value @7,500€ worth aha.. Gone |

Surge goes pre
Highly doubt gw1 will shut down within the next 5 years+
They automate it so it requires the least resources possible and sustain itself. All festivals are pretty much at this state. Festival Grab bags, Birthday vouchers, etc all reflect this for future events. StarCraft 1, Diablo 2, etc all still running with near principal. Delayed banning is effective to catch more abusers at once, counter-strike and VAC highlight this well. |
