Ah, TY. Barely seems worth the effort, really.

I also play GW2 — if I ded these minis (for reward points), should I basically just trash them afterwards, or would they have any market value left?

Their entire value lies in their undedicated status. If you dedicate them your options are keep or trash. Maybe someone would want the Rurik for super cheap but I doubt it's worth it, especially if 2/20k is pocket change to you.
