Monumental Tapestry Acquisition via Faction Quest

I have come back to Guild Wars solely to acquire as many in-game Guild Wars 2 rewards as possible. I am, unfortunately, three Monumental Tapestries short of being able to unlock all of the HoM areas and I can't seem to find anyone selling them.

What I Need:

Completion of The Missing Vanguard quest line, The Knowledgeable Asura quest line, and Northern Allies quest line.
