20-30e seems fair.. that staff been sold over and over atleast 10 times in last 2months

honestly... a R8 10/10 staff is "useless" pretty much as well

20e or whatevs.... just get what you can :P

The difference is that a R8 10/10 staff has both inherents and thus is quadratically rarer than this one. There are countless staffs like this. And as been pointed out, you are about the 11th owner of this over the past 2 months. Everyone in gw has had a chance to own this staff and passed it up. I pc it at 100k.
