A few questions regarding the 10th anniversary this year.

Are the blessings of war going to drop from the z-chest after 25 uses only during the anniversary or are they going to drop all the time?

Same with the HA quest and the proof of legends, are these only going on during the anniversary or are the permanent?

I couldn't find any info on it so thought I would ask.

according to Stephane, the blessings will continue after the anniversary is over (so its going to stay in game from now on)

Proofs will only drop during the festival, but they will do so for every anniversary from now on.
No idea about the HA quest.
