Req. 8 Inscrb. Tactics Shield

I'm wondering whether these type of Req 8 shields are worth anything?

The skin isn't anything special, but it is a max Req 8 and it is modable, so it is still very usable.

I don't come across max req 8s very often, so this will give me a good idea about what to do with them in the future.

PC on a Inscribable Req. 9 Crude Shield? (No Pics atm, sorry).

I'd say 80-100k for the shield, easily sellable.
Crude if gold is like 5-10k I'd say (if you're lucky to find a buyer)
