I am looking for offers for this q9 Command uncustomized Mursaat Shield, it has been dyed white and has a "Sheltered by Faith" (-2 while Ench) inscription.

Yes, it is legitimate and has been quoted by Joe Kimmes, a member of the GW Live Team to being safe to keep.
