Q7/Q8 shields?

Anybody know of any good places to farm/chest run for any shields, like possibly plagueborn or celestial? Or even if they still drop. Ive seen a couple things about how they do and how they don't, just looking for a clear answer/areas I could try. I want to increase my collection and cba to buy anymore. Gets expensive after a while haha.

q7 dont drop anymore yet q8 do, i think its foes under lvl 23 in Normal Mode. it might be lvl 22

Ahh I see it got moved here, sorry bout that mods. Wasn't sure where to post this, have not been on guru for years. On the other hand, do you know by chance any decent places to do such farming at? I see just regular farming you mentioned Normal Mode under (to be safe) 22, but how about chests? Wanted to get some points in that was well while looking for that kind of stuff.

Would be best to start from the end and work backwards. In addition to advice on builds and routes, it says that apparently it's not possible to get req7/8 max items from chests that reward treasure hunter points.
