Closed: Giant Slayers Hammer, r9, 15^50 inherent

I was chatting about these hammers with someone earlier, and now I'm very curious to hear opinions on the current PC of such a hammer these days.

max damage, gold text

The only ~recent info I can find refers to r8 versions. I don't find anything about r9 or higher that can still drop.
