the Divine Favour was the Requirement for the Holy Staff.
Is it still classed as 40/20/20 even though the 2x HCT mods are for separate attributes?

only the inherent mod(s) matter, so yeah it's 20/20 since you can change the rest as you want.
found a staff with same stats in q13 today so i guess that one should be 0-5e...
any opinions on q13?
