HELP! Just bought 8 mercenaries

Help me. So i already had 1 mercernary bought, then i bought the 8 mercenary, but it wont accept key because i already have 1 mercenary active.

You can e-mail support https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymou...sts/new?ticket but the odds are they will tell you there is limited support for original Guild Wars then spam you with generic replies from their copy & paste bank.

You'd probably have to find a way to remove the one merc key from your account after first removing said merc and their weps and runes etc from the game of course.

^This. Best shot is to ask support for a refund. Average wait time for GW1 tickets seems to be around 1 month or so.

Maybe for bannings, but my extra slot issue was taken care of within a few days. But based on experience you are most likely going to have to purchase the merc 1 and 3 packs to get 8.

Maybe the original poster should suggest that anet give them those packs in exchange for the 8-pack since their goal was 8 slots and not their fault buying the 8-pack suddenly isn't working if you already had a 1-pack slot in place. It has in the past with people I know that upgraded.

Anyway worth the shot when you contact them. Probably won't work but worth the try cause that is the fair thing for anet to do.
