OS tall shield question

i did a PC on it first, but since i cant afford that much, i rather ask about how to get it the easiest way

ok, i want a req9 tall shield, which is a core skin, with smiting prayers +1 (20% chance) and health+30

what are the best places to get that weapon?

is it like fire islands and/or southern shiverpeaks? i mean, those are places with most maxed stuff, right?
and then whats the best way? is it NM with shiverpeak and darkstone keys, or do it on HM with lockpicks?

i dont care about it being blue, purple or gold rarity, but do like maxed stuff (1 point less isnt the end of the world)

i hope to get a nice answer about this

unfortunatelly the only realistic way to get this shield is to buy it.
I've never had one single shield with this stats (+1/xx% +yyhp), and the fact, that you're looking for a specific skin+req+smite doesn't make the task easier

as kasper said, and tall shields drop generally all over fact+tyria

so it wont rly matter where u search for the change, id go Witmans chesting, its simple fast and drops alot core shields

Mod combo tho... yeah its shot in million get even close to that

to me its impossible to just buy one like that, cuz i suck at farming and i'm very slow due to brain damages, plus my brains require to rest alot (after every mission/dungeon, i take break of 1 hour-ish)

so if i'd want one, i'd need to get such thing myself

i'm not done getting stuff for other chars like armors and such, so i wont be able to just buy that shield, and after that have money to get the armors/weapons

anyway, maybe i'll find 1 or something else as valuable to trade for the one i'm looking for
but if you look at the PC thread i made, its real expensive (200+e) to buy that

as for witman, where are the chests there? and does NM/HM matter?

1 good point is, that shield only is in tactics, so wont need to search for that.... but yea, req 9 is must, in this case (unless i find armor+14/15 req 8, thats an exception)

if only anet made + attribute from shields salvageable, haha, that way non-powertraders/elitists (people who want the items to be extremely rare, no matter what others want) would be happier... at least i would

anyway, i dont want unlucky, and buy keys for treasure hunter title anyway, so i can go on with that... just gotta shiverpeaks more often i guess :P

nm/hm wont matter chest spawns, just higher retain in nm+ more purples nm, so HM best if u want good gold drops.

in witmans start from portsledge and go by the edges first east and then at east side head for droks entrance, finding route of map shouldnt be hard with lil searching on guru

I'm not sure if witman's is the best choice. It's pretty much the easiest run, but you'll get tons of armors. I always get really frustrated when chestrunning in areas with armor-drops.
I think, i'd go to the fire islands (Perdition Rock seems to be good). Most foes there don't have armors -neither do the chests around them(afair only mursaat drop armors). With a SF-Sin the run should be pretty easy cause most foes are casters.
