So why Kushy is selling a plated shield armor 16 q8 str for 50e ?

Anyone can confirm PC plz ?

Some of the rarer shields have sold for high dollar - these are actually quite common though. As a blue shield and r8 you might get 20k but hard to sell. Also just because someone is asking a certain price it does not mean they will get it.
