-50hp runes go around 2e /ea, except for rarer ones (blues maybe 3e?)

Mixed dyes and old dye removers are 20-50e?

Those old sup rune and Maj vigor and absorb runes are hard to say

Depends if u find collector who wants have them on their inv so. what ever u find someone paying.

Regular -50HP purple ones (except ones from Faction which are a lot rarer) are 2e/ea
The blue ones are rarer (cause older) I'd say at least 15e/ea
I'd say at least 30e for Mixed Dye, and 30e for Vigor blue.
