Most people just merch stuff like that for the base price of 25 gold. Well actually most people don't even bother salvaging out a 9% bow string period. They are not exactly rare and I'm also talking full 10% ones. Not these imperfect 9% and 7% ones that people never use.
Full 10% ones can be salvaged from bows that drop commonly. They are not remotely rare. I give away extras or stick them on bows of one of the hero Rangers I never use on some secondary character of mine.
