Fendi Nin not spawning

Made it to the end of Shards of Orr dungeon, but Fendi Nin was not there...

Ran around the lair a few times but nothing happened. Any thing I'm supposed to do?

Bug: On very rare occasions, Fendi Nin will not spawn. Unfortunately, there is no work-around; you must restart the dungeon.
