Wayfarer's Reverie question

Wayfarer's Reverie coming up tomorrow and it's my first time doing it.

Once I accept the Wayfarer's Reverie quests, do I have to complete them before Wayfarer's Reverie ends next week, or can they still be completed after Sept. 1 and still get the rewards and exchange items? Thanks.

You have to complete them before the event is over. Once it is over the NPC you turn the quest in to disappears or won't accept it anymore.

Also, you'll be required to get the random tormented weapon this year and you'll have to wait another year to be eligible for any of the charr items.

In this case, the NPCs will still be there but not reward you any more after the event is over.

Are you certain with the tormented weapon? It is my understanding that you have a free choice between a tormended weapon and the "charr items". I might be wrong though.

most folks get the tormented the first year and then go for the charr stuff for the following years...not sure if she will offer the weapon again if you do not pick it the first year---
but you can only get ONE gift each year, so if you dont finish this year you will have to wait until next year to get one.

Frankly if I had a choice I'd take the Charr Legionaire Stone in a heart beat. A million times more valuable from my pov. Don't leave home without it.

Which reminds me why can't it be like the summoning stone new characters get so that all characters can carry it and you don't have to remember to put it back in storage then get it back out for your next toon etc etc. If I forget to put it back I have to strip search over a dozen toons for it usually.

I wonder if you can get a second copy of that stone this year. I'd rather have a back-up of it to find quickly then enough stuff for 20 con sets. Sets come and go, that summoning stone is forever.

I may be wrong, but I believe the the tormented weapon is the only thing that is once, the char items you can get as many times as you want.

I am not certain, as I have not tried to earn the rewards with a second account when both the tormented and charr items are available. It was what I understood was the case from others the second year. I could be wrong.

"Given by Fylinn, Sworn to Winds during Wayfarer's Reverie, in exchange for a Proof of Waves, Proof of Winds, Proof of Flames, and Proof of Mountains. Each account is limited to one Reverie Gift. She will only offer the gift if your account has never received a Reverie Gift before."

The other rewards have not such statement : "Only offers the gift if your account has never recieved a Rêverie Gift before."

So i guess what you said is true, she will only reward you this UNLESS you have chosen that gift in the past.

Well at least you can collect another Legionaire Stone this year. Now I have 2 to pass around on 20 characters. 18 more years and I can just carrying them around normally on all my character without having to remember to store the thing after use etc. At least now my main can have their own stone and not have to keep remembering to sharing it so there is that.
