You may not enter that outpost
ACWhammy
Hi all,
So I logged in today hoping to do my Wayfarer's Reverie quests, and whenever I try to switch to an outpost in the Eye of the North expansion, it won't let me. A text comes across the screen and says "You may not enter that outpost." I've tried it on every Eye of the North outpost I have unlocked, and also the Asuran Gates in each campaign.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
AC
EDIT: Created support ticket to find out why Eye of the North was taken off my account

In other words if you map to Lion's Arch then look to map north are the EotN outposts on the map for that particular character.
PS: I was on this afternoon and no problem mapping to EotN outposts.

I do seem to remember others having issues with something like this before---years ago. If memory serves, they said they had done all of eye, yet could not get to places they knew they had been to before---and their maps would say they had not been to those places as well......unfortunately I think they had to redo everything, though it has been a long time so I might be wrong.----but I know I have heard about this before.

I know this is probably silly to ask but on this account you have opened the outposts already?

It's as if access to Eye of the North has been taken off my account. Is this even possible? I purchased Eye of the North 7 years ago and never had a problem accessing it until now.
I appreciate trying to help.

try going with someone who hasnt gone there yet? Or have you tried the other outposts that offer the quest to get to eye (kamadan, kaineng).
No, its not possible that eye was removed from your account, I dont think they have that ability.
will do some checking to see if I can find the threads about this bug....

Utterly weird.
Go on your char selection screen. Select "Edit Account", then "Manage Access Keys". Does EotN show up in the list?
Besides the corrupt dat file I'd say: Contact support. :/

Holy crap you're right!!!! How the heck did this happen??? I bought Eye of the North on this account 7 years ago, played the campaign, filled my Hall of Monuments. So why would I suddenly have the access key taken off the account???
ACWhammy
For anyone wondering, the access key for EotN was somehow removed from my account. I had to email support and after about 2 weeks they fixed it for me and I now have access again.

wow...that is just sooo strange, didnt think they even COULD remove a code that you had been using like that.
Glad you got it back though (too late for the reverie, yeah, that would figure).
