Kind of an odd shield, not sure if it is merch food or not, but i thought it might be worth something since 2x inscription mods and might be good for PvP

That's just a non inscribable shield.
Two inherent mods, very average.
But it's not worth anything for collecting /trading. The mods aren't useful... Personally I'd merch it, but you may be onto something with pvp value... Wait for other opinions, I'm not a pvp expert.
