I dunno where you guys get the pcs,but I wouldnt buy any 19/10 wands,id say merch or keep yourself.

I don't see many people looking for a wand like this given the current state of guild wars. It may be a hard sell. If you are lucky and find a buyer, maybe pleikkis price range. But gotta find a buyer.
