The r8 echovald is very special indeed. It will sell for whatever the highest bid is, but don't take PM bids for it. You'll end up settling for less. List it for sale here. Items like that can't be valued, the demand sets the price, so I won't set any expectations for it.
The pre-nerf r7 SOTW I'd expect to go for 250-400e, but again, that will depend on demand. It is also a very sexy shield.
The rest is average compared to those two, which I've assumed are max armour...

The shields are all max armor, I've seen them in game.
I agree with posting then for sale here to see how much they go for, since that's mostly the only way to find out the prices on these!
