nice axe but worst permanent damage mod imo since most axe warriors dont need energy -5 and -1 energy regen are no harm -10 is only a problem in pve for farming lets say, but great for pvp because warriors arent usually attacked so based on this and the requirement i would say 200k+
possibly alot more if your buyer realises that -1 health regen isnt really a problem in pvp since a couple of monks can give u max regen, the only slight fallback is when soloing
the brute is worth 60-80k imo
