I would like a few price checks on this item please:

First off, what would the value of the item as it is?
Secondly, what would be the value if I was to add a +30hp Staff Wrapping of Fortitude?

dont add a 30hp wrap! the staff is worth next to nothing. i think you should expert salvage and hope for the 30hp mod sells for 30k+
