I want to be honest I bought this game for HoM points.

I realy need 10 HoM points because i realy want that Fiery Dragon Sword.

I have not much time to play the game so whats the fastest and easyest way to get 10 points?

I already have 3 for linking the account but what should I do now?
Whats the easyest and fastest way to get these points?
I dont have much time to sit in front of the game for many hours.
Which are the easyest challenges that i could do?
Which campaign is the fastest for these points?

Can someone help me?

well, to be honest, most folks bought the game to play it at least (try it, you might like it).

first check out the STICKY at the TOP of this forum!! (that's why its there)...it has a guide to the HOM: Comprehensive Hall of Monuments Guide

the fastest way to get some points is to buy minis---or check out the giveaway section in Ventari's and see if anyone is giving away minis.

Next
create a pvp character--with ranger as either primary or secondary skill. take charm pet and comfort animal on you bar. You can then go to the menagerie and show it to the npc there ( Emryd ) and that will unlock the wolf for you account, next take another character (fastest--one made in nightfall--take either primary or secondary ranger) to the pet ground and tame the pet--it is already level 20 so you can then add it to your hom quickly.

as well as MOX--as soon as you get to level 20 you can unlock him and put him into your hall as well.

for the rest of how to get points try out the guild to the hom: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Guide...uments_rewards

If you have enough in-game gold then you could just buy some minipets, hero armor remnants, or Destroyer / Oppressor / Tormented weapons in order to get up to 26 HoM points while playing the game for a very small amount of time.

However, if you don't have that much gold, then a pet would be a quick way to get some HoM points but a rare pet would give you 3 quick HoM points and I could easily help you with this by getting the Black Widow Spider from the Underworld.

Then, for your last 4 points, you would have to do 2 of the following options:

Option A - Get one rare or one unique minipet. Alternatively, you could get 20 white or purple minipets but I think that would be more expensive.

Option B - Get 4 more companion statues, which should be pretty easy if you get some hero armor remnants from Dajkah Inlet (Nightfall). Also, MOX is the only hero that can be dedicated to the HoM without a hero armor remnant but you must have all of the three major campaigns in order to unlock him.

Option C - complete the Sorrow's Furnance or Fissure of Woe elite areas, which are the easiest statues to get from the "Honor" section. I could assist you with this, if you want.

Option D - Buy one Destroyer weapon. You could also buy an Oppressor Weapon but I think those are more expensive.

Do you have some of them you dont need anymore that you could give me would be very nice.
And which campaign do i need to play to get all these things done?

Armors are not trade-able, they are customized for the character that creates them.
Minipets can be traded. Check out the section on guru called Ventari's (its about 1/2 way down the front page) and look at the section therein called Giveaways--there is usually someone giving away some of the cheap birthday minis.
Mox can only be gotten if you have all three chapters AND eye of the north. You never mentioned which chapters you purchased.

(most) Weapons are trade-able as well.

You can use the wiki to find many of the answers you are looking for---Mox can be found outside of a few different locations: kamadan, Kaineng Center, or Lions Arch. (and I think you only need to be level 10 to get him...)
Armors that can be put in the hom are expensive and you need to play thru a good portion of the game to get to the outposts/cities that have them (or pay for a run to get there--).

Please take the time to read the sticky I linked to and check out the wiki.

the weapons that you can put in the HOM are not ones folks will 'give' away, sorry. You can buy them from other players.

With all 3 chapters you should be able to get MOX as soon as you leave one of the cities I mentioned and put him in your hall when you get there.

I really think you should stop begging. You already asked for help by making this topic and that's enough. If anybody would be willing to give things to you, they would have said so.

I'll make you a deal. If you do the following things then I'll help you capture the rare pet Black Widow Spider, I'll help you complete the Fissure of Woe, and I'll give you 3 Stolen Sunspear Armors (which you can use to upgrade the armor of Koss, Dunkoro, and Tahlkora). Along with MOX and the rare pet, you should have 5 companion statues and 10 HoM points in total.

So, what I advise you to do is start a character in Factions. I suggest you pick something other than a Warrior or an Assassin so that you can get away with NOT upgrading your armor until you unlock the Kaineng Docks outpost.

Once you have that, go north until you reach Kaineng Center and then buy armor; you can find the right NPC by holding "Alt" and looking for someone who has "armorer" next to their name. The armor should be pretty affordable. Also go to Bukdek Byway, which is outside Kaineng Center, and talk to MOX so he joins you.

Then go back to Kaineng Center, find "Imperial Guardsman Linro" and get the quest "Sunspears in Cantha". Keep doing the primary quests in the Nightfall campaign until you complete Consulate Docks mission.

Lastly, go back to Kaineng Center and do the primary quests in the Factions campaign until you've finished the Nahpui Quarter mission.

Once you've done all of this, I'll help you get 10 HoM points and then you'll have to go to Kamadan and speak to Bendah in order to get the quest "Hole of Istan". After that, just keep doing the primary quests in the Eye of the North campaign until you reach the Eye of the North outpost. Once there, make sure you use your "Monumental Tapestry" for the "Fellowship Monument".

Oh, and after I give you the 3 Stolen Sunspear Armors, go to Kamadan and talk to "Dockmaster Ahlaro" in order to get to the Dajkah Inlet outpost. Once there, talk to Bahldasareh and upgrade the armor of any 3 heroes; it really doesn't matter which ones you pick. And now you'll be able to dedicate those 3 heroes to your HoM.

Basically, what I've asked you to do is the beginner area of the Factions campaign, along with a little detour to the Nightfall and EoTN campaigns. You really shouldn't need help and it would be rather boring for me to tag along with you, that early in the game. Also, the reason you have to do those areas is because that's the only way you'll be allowed to the elite areas where you can get that Black Widow Spider and the Fissure of Woe Monument statue.

If you want some in-game company, then maybe join a guild? You can see guild advertisements on the "Guild Recruitment" part of this forum or you can watch the Local Chat in a busy outpost like Kamadan, from the Nightfall campaign. I'm sorry but I'm not particularly chatty so, when I'm online, I generally just want to listen to my music and play the game... although my playtime has decreased lately.

After you've finished those beginner areas of the game, I'll be happy to do what I promised I would do. And don't worry about being underpowered compared to my characters, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to carry the team. And, if you have any other questions about the game, feel free to ask here, as always

Oh, and my IGN is "Schmerdro Ravissen".

the hom is reached by getting to boreal station (there is a quest that will take you there from any of the chapters, but you first must be at least level 10 to obtain the quest) and playing to the next outpost: eye of the north (it is not far from there only takes a few minutes to get there from boreal).
Once again you can check out the wiki and it will explain where each out post is, what to expect along the way (npc's, mobs, collectors, etc), and what is in each outpost (armorers, collectors, merchants, skill trainers, etc).
You buy armor for you characters, and no it is not important really which character(s) have the armor as long as you have the set: top, pants, arms and legs (head piece is not necessary).

Miniatures cost depends on the mini, the birthday minis are much cheaper than the special ones (holiday minis, elite area minis, etc), and it usually depends mostly on color; white minis are the cheapest (you can usually get some of them for a plat or 2), purple minis are next, gold are more expensive and green the most expensive of the birthday minis. You can check out the wiki (for what minis there are--look under minipets) or we have a price check forum that has a (n older) sticky with prices for most minis. If you want to put them into your HoM make sure they are not dedicated!! (dedicated means someone else already has put it into their HoM and minis can NOT be dedicated more than once).

So My Faction character has unlocked 3 heros now Vekk, ogden and MOX im on my why to the Hall of monuments. Can I place these 3 heros there ? On my nightfall character I unlocked Koss.
Can I give armors to them or does it matter which armor or not?

In order to put a hero in your HoM, you need to get an armor remnant and different heroes require specific armor remnants, which is why I said I would give you 3 Stolen Sunspear Armors, because those are the easiest to get. However, MOX is the only hero in the game that can be put in the HoM without any armor remnant.

I suggest you do all those things that I asked you to do on your Factions character because that's the fastest way to get access to the things that you need. You'll unlock many Nightfall heroes on your Factions character later, don't worry about them.

And, I know I've said this before but I wanted to remind you, make sure you use your "Monumental Tapestry" for the "Fellowship Monument" and not any other monument. You can get more "Monumental Tapestries" by doing the primary quests in EoTN but those might be a little difficult for you and they'll take some time to complete.

Yes, it would work, you can spread your achievements on as many characters as you want but that would mean you have to do more things.

After I give you those 3 Stolen Sunspear Armors, you have to go to an outpost (Dajkah Inlet) and talk to an NPC in order to upgrade the armor of your heroes. However, the only way to go to that outpost is by playing through the Nightfall storyline. The reason why I asked you to start a character in the Factions campaign is because you can reach the mainland much faster than if you were to start from Nightfall. And that's why I advise you to do all the things I told you to do on your Factions character.

Ok but how do I get Koss, Dunkoro, and Tahlkora on my factions charakter?
The wiki says that they are only available in Nightfall?
Im in the HoM now what exactly do I have to do to place Heros like MOX into the HoM? I know I have to give them the armor so if I give the armor to them am I able to put them Into the HoM?

Got the Monumental Tapestries and used it for the fellowship monument.
I placed a statue of MOX there but I didnt get any point for this why?

Go to Kaineng Center, find "Imperial Guardsman Linro" and get the quest "Sunspears in Cantha". Keep doing the primary quests in the Nightfall campaign and you'll get those heroes.

What is your IGN? If the MOX statue has appeared in your HoM then everything is fine.

For the last 2 points, we're going to do the Fissure of Woe and it's going to take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I didn't feel like doing it today and I'll be busy tomorrow, sorry. But I'll be free on Monday (I have a long weekend) and I'll keep my GW open and check to see when you come online, as I noticed we tend to be online around the same hours. If that doesn't work out, we'll just try to meet up some other day.

you could buy a cheap white birthday mini (about 500 gold to 1 plat) and get a tapestry (about the same) which would give you 1 point right there.

The only cheap alternative, to completing the Fissure of Woe, would be getting one of these:
- 20 minipets
- 1 rare minipet
- 1 unique minipet
- 1 Destroyer weapon
- 1 Oppressor Weapon
- 14 more companion statues (which basically means 14 more hero armor upgrades)

I think the FoW elite aea is the most reasonable of all of these.

I think I'm just going to keep GW running and check it every once in a while.

I noticed that I seem to be available a few hours later than you'd prefer. For example, that last post you made was at 1:55 pm (my time) but I'm ready around 5 pm (my time). So if this doesn't work then on I can come much earlier than usual on Friday and Saturday.

What is your timezone and your preferred hours? I live in Atlantic Time UTC -4.
