Can anyone give me a PC on the following (both gold):

Vampiric Gladius of Enchanting
Dam 15 - 22 (req 10)
Dam +14% (Vs Hexed foe)
Life Steal 2
Health regen -1
Enchantments last 16% longer
--------------------------------------

Icy Composite Bow of Marksmanship
Dam 15 - 28 (req 8)
Dam +16% (while health above 50%)
Marksmanship +1

second --not enough. also theres a typo, max above 50% is 15% not 16

both merchant if the second bow is 16<50
