Blue max caster Offhands are all approximately 10e... ish max in my experience depending on attribute (Yours are OK, better would be Curses/SR or Spawning power).
The Shield: maybe 10-15e depending on interrest. The combniation of stance with a Mesmer att. is good due to the Mantras, but the skin is OKish in my view.
The Staff: I couldnt give an accurate price, as it is a pretty high att on a common staff, but still 20/20 on a good caster line. Maybe 10-20e? Wait for more PCs on this item please, because I could be way off.

you can get a q9 20/20 accursed staff for 20e,but yours I reckon 2-4e orso.
