Yes it is worth something. How much exactly I do not know. Definitely do not sell it before you have a few pc's.

All together Id guess at around 15e (maybe a bit more), but wait for more PCs before selling though.

It's useful for shard farming in the fissure of woe, so I'd say 10-20e, but the high str req counts against it, certainly.

I'd take anything above 15e personally.
