Even if it does have some use I still don't see this q11 getting more than 30-40e, maybe 50 at most.

Yep, perhaps the r9 version might fetch 100, but I'd expect 50e as a limit for a r11 in my opinion, and that's only because it's useful, not collectable.
Sure it's useful for heavy fire areas (kathandrax springs to mind), but it's not really useful apart from that....
