Not sure you are very accurate in regards to its rarity. Me and a few others can think of more than 4

By the way, the r/b is pure fantasy. If that's a 200a shield, it values my entire collection of dual reduction shields at over 8,000 armbraces

Actually, I am just helping out and paradoxically selling here one of my own gifts. In this case the pre-pre-nerf-update inherent "req7"+"-2-2" made me set the R/B & B/O.
