Tall is probably too far off max to be interesting for a DoAsc player, but it could get 25e+ if you can find a beginner...
The skeleton could go to 150e+ if you get a bidwar. List them on guru and see what happens.

Id personally set a S/B of 20e on the tall shield adn see where it goes (too far off max to get much above that though is my prediction).
For the Skeleton shield you could set a S/B at 100e and see where it ends up. Id guess also 150-175e for that shield in the end (could of course be more or less depending on how many participate in a bid war).

I agree with max on the skeleton shield. As a tank myself in doa i prefer to have 10 vs demon -2e along with 45/e and 10 vs demon. Not a fan of that skin though.
