generally: melee weps: keep +5e, 30HP, 20/20, longer ench mods and sell 5k-1e/ea, sell insc q9s 1-5e depending on skin. Caster weps: keep HCT 20%, HSR 19-20%, +1/20 sell for 1e/ea except HSR 20% which is like 10e itself, sell insc q9s 1-5e/ea. shields: keep all max HP mods except hex and sell 5k-1e/ea, sell insc q9s 1-5e, sell insc q8s 20e+ if blue or purple, 40e+ if gold (depending on skin up to 1000e or more). Greenies: if not max merch, if max eq your heros or merch - selling them usually is painful. BDay pets - give away for free to make ppl happy - selling ends in years of advertising.
any oldschool (=non-insc weps like your #2 in 1st pic) might be worth asking again - the range from merch -10000e is open on items that do drop
