Vouchers and bday surprise boxes from vouchers aren't tradeable. So only value they have are the miniatures you get from them. Those are tradeable. The regular presents I don't know how much they are worth.

You can sell the gifts, which you can easily obtain with the vouchers. I see people buying now and then. There is some demand.
